All 2026 slots are filled. We are currently taking applications for 2027.

The Artery is a creative haven and a proudly operated cooperative. Since 1974, The Artery continues to take pride in providing a platform for artists to showcase their talent and connect with our community. We are inviting you to submit your work to be screened for approval to participate in the program.

If selected, your work will also be featured in our customer newsletter, which reaches over 1700 customers. Our gallery is open late every second Friday of the month, for the downtown Davis ArtAbout, which brings in 200+ art interested patrons. In addition, we will highlight your work on our website and social media channels.

For $200/month ($300 in December), we will offer you a display space in the front of our store. You will set the prices for your work. There is a 30/70 commission split for each piece that sells during the month (30% Artery/70% Artist). We have a well organized inventory system to track and manage your inventory. 

Our members handle any sales of your work and you will receive payment for your sales (minus our commission) at the first part of the following month. Our contract will be for one month only. This opportunity will not only expose your work to a broader audience but also create an enriching experience for our patrons who appreciate and value the arts..
